What is Sauna

 A sauna is typically a room heated to between 70° to 100° Celsius or 158° to 212° Fahrenheit.  A sauna is a room in which people aim to relax in dry heat. 

 There are traditional Finnish sauna, dry sauna, steam bath (also known as a Turkish bath), and an infrared sauna. Sauna can be heawood, electric or infrared.
